Chicos Easywear fringe top, cap sleeved, in a solid navy color with cute fringe at hemline. Some of the fringe knots may need to be tightened, but other than that in excellent condition. Pit to pit is 23 inches, shoulder to hem 26 inches if you include the fringe. Chicos size 1 (M) but a (L) can wear it too.
