Super cute dress or tunic by Forever 21 in a lightweight denim fabric. Can he wiener with rounded neck or off the shoulder. The tag lists this as a dress, but would be great with leggings or shirts, too. Would be sweet as a swimsuit cover up. Faded throughout, some areas have heavier fading than others.
