Cold shoulder tunic

Teal keyhole tunic with long lace sleeves with cold shoulder cut outs. Keyhole is on the larger size, as pictured. Great for dressing up but still feeling comfortable. Size (there is no tag, it's printed on the shirt) says 1X 22/24. Seems like the higher end of that, so I am listing it as a 24W.
