Fully lined with a slip that has a self-fabric ruffle that appears as a tier peeking out below the main skirt, just so pretty! There is a matching baby-sized bubble romper in my closet, size 3-6 months, if there are some sisters. cousins, or friends that would enjoy matching clothes. If a buyer wants both outfits, I can definitely make a deal. SFPF home.
