This unique piece was purchased new at the Banana Republic on Columbus Avenue in NYC in the early 90s. Soft, high quality black leather front panels and black ribbed wool back. Tapered from chest to waist for a flattering fit. This is a size 8, but things tended to be sized bigger than they are today, so I’d put it at roughly a size 6 or even a 4 — roughly the equivalent of a Medium.
