Unusual tunic in that it snaps of the neck down part of one arm you can wear it unsnapped part of the way or you can keep it snapped and it looks more like a funnel neck it has banded cuffs. You are it is about 23 inches across the burst measured from armpit to armpit and it is about 27 inches long. I’d call the fabric French terry.
