ELIE TAHARI- Dark Navy Blue Dress

This very dark navy blue dress is made in a "sheath" dress style with long, cuffed sleeves and optional belt. The fabric is 75 % polyester and rayon that feels sturdy and luxurious. The original price on these dresses are in a $300.00 range. The small collar and epaulets on the shoulders are made of wide dark navy blue Grogan ribbon. Note "hand stitching" on the epaulets. One flaw I showed in 7th photo; the belt is an option and one small loop (which allows thle belt to rest) is damaged.
