EUC Walter Steiger Boots, Handmade in Italy, Size : 38, US 8 would also fit 7 1/2 due to style, Color : dark brown, heels appear darker, more black, Silver Color Metal Zipper on each side, Very good condition, zoom in on pictures, minor scuffs, soles minor wear, ( 3 to 4 times) great for long and 3/4 length pants and skirts. Measurements on photo, widest part across shaft on top, laying flat approx 5 and 5/8 inches or almost 12 inches circumference. Easy to get on and off, due to double zipper. Boots are actually very comfortable, they end just about under the calf and got just a little tight on me. Excellent craftsmanship! (No box or dust bags)
