@ashleydoyle555 the pit2pit is 21” with pleating in the front for extra room for the bust. The waist is 19” with smocking in the back for stretch to at least 22”. The hip is approximately 22-23” lying flat straight across. I hope these measurements help!! I definitely think it would fit a 10/12.
