Black Opal 3.5 carat 14k Gold Ring Lightning Ridge Please Read Condition Details

One of a kind 3.5 carat Black Opal ring in 14k gold, size 6 1/2.. I purchased the ring last summer at the Laguna Beach Arts Festival/ Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach, CA, from the Opal Expert Luciano Bortone. Luciano has been exhibiting for at least 20 years there and is a Lightning Ridge Opal expert. Info about the artist in the photos. PLEASE READ: Opal condition: I took it to a local jeweler here in Hamilton Montana. She noticed several scratches when viewed under a Gemological microscope. I'd be happy to get images (if possible) and detailed conditions if needed. But to the naked eye, the opal looks smooth. Marks on gold on one side of the setting.
