J. Crew Black Strapless Dress w/ Layers of Tuille

Very cute, very lightweight black party dress with tiered layers of black tulle! Purchased at a sample sale, but never worn. Fits true to size. Fully lined. I love the extra support that the interior elastic and clips add at the bustline. We all know that a strapless dress that falls down is the worst. No damage, defects, or discoloration.
