70's Sheer Floral Blouse

Beautiful floral button down blouse from the 1970's by Act III. Sheer black floral fabric, nice pointed collar, buttons up the front and two at each cuff. In really nice vintage condition with one tiny flaw at one of the cuffs (shown in photos) but otherwise this piece is in beautiful shape. Union label and care tag still attached, made in USA. Measurements taken from flat: Shoulders: 15.5" Pit to pit: 20.5" Sleeve: 23.5" Length: 26" Across hem: 22"
