taramichelle11@mdean_87 it’s about 21 inches PTP and 27 inches long. I am a typical small and standard size 4 and posted a pic with it on me to show the fit! I am 5’6”. It’s not too baggy or long but oversized enough to fit over a thick sweater! Hope that helps.
