New Loewe brooch - proof of purchase can be provided. I thought I lost mine and bought a 2nd one, but now have two! This one was bought very recently and has never been used. I tried calling client services but they won't accept refunds or exchanges since I bought it in Korea. Photo of me holding it while in the Loewe store!
