MIDI Skirt Spring Lace Swim Skirt Coverup Small New with tags

I bought this from TJ Maxx for $25. Retail says $50. I didn’t realize it was a coverup and planned on wearing it as an outfit but it doesn’t fit me. Size small. Measures 15” across the waist so 30” but very stretchy. 37” long and the top has a modesty covering and bottom is just soft lace. I’ve had this and noticed that waist band jay have some yellowing? When you do the first wash, I’m sure some Biz, hydrogen peroxide or bleach may help. Smoke free home.
