frills4fun@sweene33 I'm 5'6" and it ends right under my butt. Yes, I would wear with leggings but definitely not with tights or nylons because one slight movement and my business would be public! lol My shortest dress is 32 1/2" and this is 29" There is 7" from the last button to the hem too!
