Diane Von Furstenberg Black & White Fanny Dress

It is a thick heavy-duty rayon blend like a bodycon dress with beautiful flat black piping arching out from the center. The design is like an optical illusion that shifts with the movement of the flared skirt. There are a few stains that you could get out with oxyclean/ dry cleaning but I never washed or wore it out after purchasing. All tags including the authenticating tag are attached.
