aliceofshoeland@kathleenbvt Well, it is a stretch jersey fabric, so both kinda? I find there are subtle variances in body type and preference to how much ease people like in their garments - which is why i'm a fan of putting ranges in my size recommendations! Most of the clients that I have worked with over the years do bounce around a little bit in terms of the sizes in their closets as well.

aliceofshoeland@kathleenbvt For example, I have some clients that are tall and have really skinny shoulders and arms for and are a SOLID size 6 that would find this to be a perfect fit. AND - I have some clients that are a size 4 that lift weights and have a little more meat on their limbs that would find this a perfect fit. When I am selling items online I don't know the body type of the shopper so I like to give a range to account for unknowns like that. Let me know if i can be of any further help!
