Brand new without tags. Cardigan is stretchy and very comfortable/flattering. It's an xs, but I think it would also fit a small if you're looking for a more fitted look. Super cute, but I just hardly ever wore it. This cardigan is unique (From Unique Vintage) and is no longer sold on their site. Price is negotiable within reason.
