NOS 1944 Imperial Swiss Watch

This is a STUNNING example of an early 1940s Swiss watch. This watch was unworn for 80 years until 2021 when I purchased it at a watch auction. This watch has a 17 jewel hand wind movement that is in perfect working order, keeps perfect time. This watch comes complete with the original leather strap. I replaced it with a 40$ brown leather Spiedel band so I could wear it and not hurt the original strap. This watch has been completely gone through by a watch maker and oiled and cleaned. I posted the maintance receipt below. The watch has no scratches, dings, dents, or abrasions. It is super rare to find a Swiss watch of this time period with both the original leather strap, box, original crystal. The dial has this incredible patina when in the sunlight, plus the hands of the watch still have the factory blueing on them that makes it absolutely beautiful to look at.
