Elegant top. Brand is from a local designer in San Francisco. Sleeves cover part of the shoulders. The front is very low cut. I put a white cloth inside so you can see. You can wear it with a camisole. The middle part is elastic and hugs right under the rinds area then loose at the bottom. It’s pretty short. It falls a little above my hips. I always wished it was longer but I’m also 5’6. Will fit is your waist is 25-27in.
