Loft large burgundy dress with lace cutouts upper arms

Loft large burgundy dress with lace cutouts upper arms. Worn once the dress is supposed to be belted I wore it without the belt and I lost the belt so you could add any little special belt to the sun. It would look great or wear it without very pretty very flattering dress you can really dress it up or wear it with a pair of cowboy boots and that would be great too armpit to armpit 23 inches shoulder to Hamm 38 1/2 inches. There is a belt and slip dress inside.
