@oneillchm hi! I posted a couple of pictures. It is tye dyed. It's hard to capture the actual color of the skirt, it is so vibrant in person and the editorial pictures are more true to color. Also, I apologize, I had this listed as a large but it is actually a medium. The waist is 28 inches relaxed but has quite a bit of stretch.
