New With Tags (has some faint pen marks described below) Size XXS This beautiful puff sleeved color blocked dress has a romantic feminine silhouette. The bodice is fitted and the skirt flows out in colorful tiers. It has a convenient zipper closure on the back (not zipped on dress form as it would have stuck on my size small dress form) shown zipped in the last picture. It is 100% cotton. FLAW: There are two fain pen marks on the back of the dress near the top of the zipper. They can be seen on the last picture. One thread on the clasp above the zipper is broken so it is being held there by one thread. *The dress form is wearing a size XS. Measurements laying flat: Length 53.5” Bust 15” Waist 14 1/4” Hips 22”
