Dressy black velvet type one piece top with attached tunic front piece. Looks like it could be a 2-piece garment. Faux wrap front with pretty round silver colored ring/buckle closure. 3/4 sleeve. Very flattering style. Pull over, nothing to fasten. Like new. Worn once.
