The colorful flower is attached, made with fabric with a bit of shimmer to it and a few leaves. The marigold / mustard colored flower appears to be more of a felt material but has a unique weave to it, so maybe not a true felt. This one is clipped on so change where it’s oriented or use elsewhere in your closet. I am not sure the type of yarn used but it feels and looks to be a high quality yarn and this hat is truly special. I’m unsure if this item is made by the name listed on the tag but I’d lean towards yes. It definitely appears handmade / artisan made.
