New with tags. Purchased from a local boutique that was closing. In great shape and feels great on. This size would best fit someone at least 5’ 5”. I’m 5’ 1” and it’s long on me and my torso is a bit too short for it. It’s so lovely and bright! Nude colored lining throughout. Approximate Flat Measurements Pit to Pit: 16” Length: 57” Waist: 12” stretches to about 14” Shoulder strap to waist elastic: 14”
