Rag and Bone Victor black silk and velvet surplice blouse. Gorgeous blouse with long sleeves, v neck. Half black velvet in front and half silk. Drape is lovely. Longer shirttail hem in back. Chic, classy and sensual blouse. Pair with my lambs leather shorts or black velvet midi skirt. Approx. 24"-30" hi-low hem. Crossover surplice front. Inverted pleat in back. Size PS.
