HD in Paris Mesh Popover Blouse with Lacey Pattern Overlay size 12

HD in Paris blouse in good condition without significant wear. No rips or tears noted, I did find a few very small white spots on edge of left sleeve that I wasn't able to get out - see photo. They are hard to notice. I didn't locate a fabric content tag and I'm wondering if it's missing a camisole. There are attachments along inner seams for straps. Blouse is made from a non-stretchable mesh fabric with a lace pattern overlay. It features pleating in back and chest darts, giving it a fitted look with some volume.
