Georgette 2-Tier Skirt

Flattering elegant skirt. Purchased in Amsterdam where the girls are tall — about 1998. Back-slit sheer fabric (Viscose) is layered irregular horizontal stripes on under skirt and vertical stripes on shorter top layer. Draw waist will fit a multitde of sizes but looks best loose and floaty. Marked size 44 — flat hip measures 20” and 36” long…about a 10-12 but okay on tall 8.
