Hi! I'm Nancy. I love fine textiles, jewelry and leathers, particularly those well made. I traveled the world in my career as a retail buyer of designer fashion and did high-end product development. I have expensive taste and an extravagent closet. In retirement, my lifestyle has changed so I no longer need to “dress the part”. I have declutterred the Marie Kondo way but I still “love and get pleasure” from the items I post because they still have life and value so should not languish in my closet. I approach this as an opportunity to meet and share my collection with like-minded fashionistas. It HURTS to part with every piece so I have priced things fairly based on condition, timeliness, original cost versus replacement value so the next owner will appreciate and care for it as I have.
