@vicsomotun hello! Sorry for the delay! I don’t know how to measure men’s shirts, so I added the Stetson size chart to the images. This 3xl shirts measurements according to the chart are: neck 19-19.5, chest 50-52, waist 44-46, arms 36-36.5. Hope this helps!
