Bebe Black Pleated Bottom Pea Coat- Size Small

Bebe black jacket. Fully lined, waterproof. This is more of a fall raincoat type, it isn’t very warm. Not sure where the belt went. In excellent used condition- no stains or tears, bathroom mirror needs cleaning. I love this jacket, it’s just slightly too tight on me now unfortunately.
