FREE PEOPLE Twisted Front Halter Endless Summer Maxi Dress Size XS

Excellent condition. No flaws. True to size for Free People, so runs a tad larger than normal dress sizing. Features a tie front crossover design with halter straps that tie at the neck, gathered elastic band that sits below the breast, and soft flowy bottom with high slits on both sides Fabric content is 100% rayon. Made in India. Measurements are as follows: 14.5 inches across from armpit to armpit (hard to measure since it’s a halter, but I took the measurements where the armpit would sit) top of the band that sits below the breast is 14 inches across and the lower part of the band that sits above the high waist (lower ribs on me at 5’3”) is 13 inches across and total length is adjustable, but is approximately 59 inches in length from where the neck would tie to bottom hem. All measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat.
