Hand Made Just Wingin' It Halter Top

This is a freehand piece and I have no idea how I would articulate it to even write any kind of pattern or graph. It's truly one of a kind. I used Dahlia Mixo in Forest Fruit combined with a #10 crochet thread in Raspberry, both are 100% cotton. The top section is done in moss stitch using the Dahlia, then it's framed in a double strand crochet thread and three of the edges are button-holed.. I then continued to work the front as a double layered mesh. (I have no idea how I managed it, I was way out on a limb with this piece!) The entire piece is held on with the strap that is run through the dividing section, up the sides of the top section, then crisscross across the back before going through loops on either side and tying off in the back. It will give a completely custom fit! The piece is about 18" long; 12" wide at the top, 18" wide across the dividing section and then tapers back down to 6" at the bottom. I would recommend wearing this over a racer back bra or bikini top as it is unlined.
