Very good condition - except for one area where a few seed beads are missing (photo of upper shoulder), but it doesn't detract at all from this unique and artistic vest. Medium is roughly size 8-10, but if the vest is worn open as a colorful layer over another tunic, it could work up to size 12 or even 14.
