This vintage vest is all that and perfect for the Pendleton Round-up! Michael Simon New York and fits a small/medium. Red knit featuring lots and lots of beading with cactus style buttons and cow girl, horse, and rider. Measures 17 inches from arm pit to arm pit lying flat.
