NWT Free People Khaki and Navy Pleated Skirt - Size Large

Brand new with tags khaki and navy blue pleated skirt from Free People. Tagged as size medium. This runs very large! I wear a 6 and it was way too big. Would recommend for at least a size 10 which is why I’m listing as size large. Please refer to measurements in photos. The waist is 17 inches lying flat.
