@htcollison hi...chest 16.5 inches across underarm to underarm zipped up and not stretched. 22.5 inches top of shoulder to bottom of hem.

@rosasolana hi....chest is 16.5 inches across underarm to underarm. there is some stretch. it depends on your weight on top. i would take a tape measure and measure a sweatshirt that you are comfortable in and see how wide it is underarm to underarm.
