16" in EXCELLENT CONDITION. I purchased on Poshmark, never wore.
Size Mens 8, but they run big.
mens 8, womens 9.5, but IMO they fit like a M 9 or W 10
winter boot, mud boot, spring and fall boot!

@lexilink17 Ok, so I opened the boots fully and they stretch out to 23" around at the top of the boot (I measured around the inside of the boot)! My calves are 14" and these have PLENTY of room for socks, leggings or jeans.
