Super cute good quality cotton dress
Brand new but after getting it home I found some marks on it that look like it might have been run over with a shopping cart or something but I believe they will come out when washed. The dress is a little too small for me otherwise I’d have washed and kept it.

@chapisthrifts when laying flat, the waist is 15 inches however the back is very stretchy cotton and elastic so can stretch comfortably to about 18 inches
Bust is 16 inches with slight stretch and room
Top of the bust to the bottom of dress is 29 inches
Top of the should strap to the bottom of dress is 37 inches
