Does this run big? I am normally a large but sometimes a medium in FP. What is the waist unstretched and then stretched across the front? Is is super stretchy? Thanks for your time

Hello sorry for the delay I have been under the weather. This is very stretchy! Flat across the waist is about 17 inches stretches to about 22. I wear large and sometimes medium as well and this one fit perfectly. I also wore it a little below the waist almost like a hip hugger, and sometimes folded the waist topped down for different lengths. Hope that helps.
