True vintage girls’ navy blue corduroy jumper dress by Snippy of California with polka dot and floral trim. Chest measurement in photo is unstretched - there is elastic across the back and it stretches to about 14” across (so about a 28” bust max). Marked size 7-10 but this is probably from the 1970s or 80s so please look at measurements. Overall very good vintage condition - maybe some light fading but no obvious issues especially considering its age. So cute!
