ncoleman785 @camark There is elastic in the back but there is very little stretch. When I stretched the band out it measured 31.5 to 32 inches in waist. It also has a zipper and button closure. The Lenght is 36 inches. I posted additional pics of Lenght and Waist. Thank you for your interest. .
