What is the material composition of this coat? Would you wear it on a cold chilly day?

@dawnholly949 The outside of the coat is made up of 100% polyester, the lining is 97% polyester, and 3% spandex. I think it’d be perfect for a cold day as long as you’re wearing long sleeve underneath!
