@kitsan Hi! Unfortunately no, I bought it preloved and did not get it authenticated. I do have another bag from Polene and it feels the same. There is some wear near the zipper, I added another photo.

hi, to clarify, is it missing a hole in the strap, or is it missing the prong that goes through the holes to hold position of the strap?

@elaray hi, it's missing the hole that should be midway down the strap to shorten it to a shoulder bag. You can still adjust the length of the strap as a crossbody bag.
