morning, so is the length 32 inches from top of strap to hem? are the straps adjustable? interested, thanks much

@sonnyandcher hi~ the straps are fixed~ but you can easily pinch them up with a stitch or two if needed~ and the length is about 33” from the top of shoulder~ as shown~ it’s super cute~ great for the summer! Anything else ~ please let me know~ thanks~ Andrea
