@duelingrebels86 this piece is part of a large collection of vintage western pieces. I would assume it has been worn but I don’t know that for certain. I wouldn’t say it is new. It is a collectible piece but it is wearable. I’ll have to measure it tomorrow. I can’t take any less that what I have came down too.
