Fantastic dress in butter yellow! Cowl neck, relaxed fit, fun mini length. Open back with halter and tie detail. Can be worn on its own or as a swim cover up. Comfy and flattering. Length from top to bottom is 34.5”, Waist flat 15”. There is a tiny flaw, a very faint mark on the front left side, near the cowl neck (see close up photo). This will not be noticeable when worn, and likely hidden by folds of fabric. Otherwise excellent condition, brand new with tags.
