The top of the pants measures 14 inches across and the length of the leg 33 inches and it stretches out (down) a little during the day’s wear. At 5 foot 4 inches these hit me right at the ankle. They look cute with sneakers, half boots, Rothy’s or Birks and the top of the pants has a decent amount of elasticity. Love this set for lounging around and travel, layering with some thermals when it’s really cold and even occasionally for work.
